I can only select my … WebbYou can assign any settler as Mayor (City Leader) of your settlement, however to take advantage of Leader Traits, the Mayor must have a Leader Card. A Mayor's Leader Traits provide some bonuses for the settlement. In Sim Settlements 2, all Vanilla Companions, DLC Companions and several Unique Settlers have Leader Cards. Mayors Mayors

If you don't want to mess with that, I am releasing an update with some flags in a few days if those do not show up then the file is most likely in the wrong place.
