WebYes, it's a mixed bag with TDP and clockspeed settings, sometimes they just don't do anything at all. Best option is still to just set 30fps limit and lower settings to the minimum acceptable (that looks good for you) and hope that it's enough. It's not the best option, but it's consistent.
