WebThe Pre-sequel is in my opinion the second best BL game (behind BL2) and has some super fun quirks and mechanics that are completely unique to it. Definitely worth checking out if you still have the itch after BL2! Eveey single DLC in the series is exceptional and arguably even better than base games for some. Absolute must plays!! WebIt's the easiest order to follow, rather than trying to jam any of the DLCs in the middle of the main story and ruining its flow. The only exception here is that you should leave the very last BL2 DLC, Commander Lilith, after you have finished The Pre-Sequel and its DLC, plus Tales from the Borderlands.

You should do Captain Scarletts first then tourges, then Hammerlocks and then Tiny Tinas. I would also recommend doing all side quests just to get those achievements out of the way.

WebThere is the release order of the DLC's but that has no bearing on the play order - there isn't one. Since you don't have Vault Hunter Upgrade #2 your character will not be able to progress beyond 61. You will need pack #2 to progress further. That doesn't really have any bearing on TVHM.
